Waste To Energy

Biodiesel Production from Used Cooking Oil

Biodiesel Production from Used Cooking Oil
Another kind of waste-to-energy technology is a chemical process called “trans-esterification” where vegetable oil is combined with an alcohol and a catalyst (lye) and converts oils and fats of natural origin into fatty acid methyl esters (FAME).

Our fuel-grade biodiesel is produced to strict industry specifications. It is B100 (100% Biodiesel) from Used Cooking Oil.
Our facilities are designed to be flexible, accepting multiple feedstocks, and providing maximum scalability. We use advanced waterless technologies, which support the recovery and reuse of methanol and glycerin by-products that other systems typically discard as waste.
